It is important to us that your personal data is stored securely and confidentially. We have procedures for collecting, storing, deleting, and updating personal data to prevent unauthorized access to your personal data and to comply with applicable laws. No personal data is disclosed.

Personal data is only collected when you voluntarily provide it.

Below is a description of the types of personal data we collect, how we process this data, and who you can contact if you have questions or comments regarding this Privacy Policy.

LoginMatrix:
No data is collected that can identify the user.

The associated username can be a first name, alias, initials, something creative, or anonymized. It is simply to differentiate users from each other. The user can delete or edit this data themselves. No sensitive personal data is collected.

All entered data is encrypted (AES 256-bit) and salted before being stored in the database. This includes any text entered in plain text fields on www.loginmatrix.com and associated accounts. Usernames, passwords, and any other data entered in plain text fields are securely handled. Specifically, the user's login password is hashed, while all other data is encrypted and salted to ensure maximum security.

Cookies:
We use cookies. A cookie is a small file that is stored on your computer, and it contains an identification of the computer, which LoginMatrix can use. Cookies are used to create an optimal user experience. On the login page, the user can specify whether the computer should save login information from the last login. No other cookies are used, i.e. not for tracking, analytics, or advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser and thus prevent cookies from being placed on your computer. It will not affect how the website functions.
